Returns and defects
Despite the great care we devote to your order, it may happen that an item is defect or a wrong product has been delivered. In these cases you should contact CleanLight within 8 days. This is possible through the contact form or by writing an email to: email@example.com
When claiming warranty, you are required to return the “defective” product to the address mentioned below for further investigation.
When returning the product, CleanLight is not responsible for the shipping costs.
Postage paid returns are not accepted.
You are required to clearly indicate the cause / reason of returning the product through our customer service or by mail.
